Craft & Bulk Flooring installs only first quality materials backed by manufacturer’s warranties. You also receive a one year (1 year) craftsman warranty from Craft & Bulk Flooring against any defects in the installation of your floors. We make service calls for up to 1 year from your date of original purchase for a wide range of issues related to the installation of flooring products. Warranty is subject to proof of purchase and as long as the original customer lives in the residence where the flooring was installed. For complete details, call or visit our Designer Showroom. Please make sure that these warranties are explained and given to you.

Product is warranted to the original purchaser, subject to the terms and conditions of the limited warranties by the manufacturer. The limited warranty is given in place of any other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, and is strictly limited to the terms contained herein. Replacement is limited to material unless defect was not apparent prior to installation. Customers who receive damaged or defective products, will receive a full flooring replacement at no additional cost. The warranty does not guarantee the installation or product against defects that are caused by the following but not limited to moisture in the floor, cracking of the slab, setting, any underlying structural defect, moisture in the finished installation, or any beetle / termite infestation.
Extended Warranty option is available for an additional $499. In which you will receive a 3 years extended installation warranty against any defects or issues. Manufacturer limited warranties range from 15 years to 35 years for products depending on manufacturer brand and will be provided upon customer’s request.
